Hidden Gems Society became an MSME-registered entity, then held its first major gathering at Osmania Ground — a room full of would-be founders sketching business ideas and mapping the real-time problems entrepreneurs actually face. The full day is documented on video and in photos.
Our second major meetup moved to Ujwala Park in Karimnagar, bringing new students from Karimnagar and Hyderabad into the same room for the first time. The day centered on team-building activities designed to instill a shared business mindset across every team — not just individual skill-building.
We ran our first structured program: Cohort-1, a 30-student online internship where participants learned to analyze real local businesses, weigh the trade-offs behind an actual business decision, and sit down directly with practicing entrepreneurs to understand strategy from the inside. Cohort-1 closed with Ignite-X, an online hackathon that awarded real prize money and certificates to its winners.
We ran our most ambitious program yet at Vignan Institute of Technology — the 2nd top college in Telangana — training faculty across 2 offline classes and 4 online classes on emerging AI technologies, soft skills, and electronics integrated with AI tooling. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and every session is documented in photos and video.
